"I want them natural and above all I want them to tell the truth" --- Alice Feiring
What is Natural Wine?
There is no SINGLE definition of natural wine.
Natural wine its wine as it was made 100 years ago.
For us, natural wine is a style of wine production with minimal intervention, without any industrial intervention, without the addition of additives or chemicals, without removing anything from its origin. Many of them unfiltered, who are presented as naked as they were born.
Natural wines exactly reflect the four variants that can define what we can find inside a bottle: the grape variety, the soil where it grows, the climate of its region and the year in which it was developed, and the work of the producers.
There is no certification in this regard, but natural wine is an emerging and growing category in the world of wine.
